Seawind 1160 Electrical Schematic (Wiring Diagram)

Wow, this drawing turned into an epic project. I started with the current Seawind 1160 electrical schematic (thank you Seawind for providing the DC drawing!). My boat had a second inverter installed plus my solar upgrades and lithium batteries.

Spent a good deal of time tracing wires to confirm the accuracy of my schematic drawing and even fixed a couple dangerously wired power cables. In the end I know my boat is wired correctly and safely, which gives me some piece of mind. Was it worth it? I don’t know. The 50-60 hours of labor was many factors more than I expected. But I’m glad to have it done.

    Hi Chris,

I’d love a copy of this (and the original seawind D.C. Wiring diagram), as I’m diving into my electrical shortly! Thanks for any help!

I drew mine in Adobe Illustrator, I would not recommend that program as it is a pain to make any changes. If I did it again, I’d research other programs. Sorry I can not be of more help.
