Beach margaritas and plenty of hiking

Ah the easy life, we enjoyed daily margarita’s at the new restaurant on the beach. Which also gave us a chance to meet a few of the other cruisers in the bay plus a couple who just bought a fixer upper boat in La Paz but were land traveling at the moment. Throw in a snorkel on the pinnacle rock protecting the bay, a morning hike to the petroglyphs, plus bumping into good friends of Allan and Alison’s on SV Wippy made this a wonderful stop. We are definitely settling into the cruising lifestyle now. Slowing down, enjoying all the things I love about cruising, and catching our breathes. With an eye on the weather and Jack’s wife arriving in a few days we had to leave sooner than we would have liked, but schedules do that.
