Replacing frozen sheeves on the Spinlock 5 Sheave T38 deck organizers on a Seawind 1160

I have been fighting, for a long time, a couple of the sheeves on my Spinlock deck organizers getting jammed up and no longer spinning freely. I gave it a half-hearted effort in the past and eventually moved a line to a sheeve that still spun. Today was time to address it properly. It was not obvious from the Spinlock instructions how to remove and disassemble the deck organizer but with a bit of effort I figured out the puzzle.

1. Remove all of the bolts holding the deck organizer to the deck and remove the organizer (Seawind embedded the nuts on the deck so thankfully you do not need to remove the headliner to get to the nuts, thank you Seawind!)
2. Using a couple small screwdrivers pry off the washer on the bottom of each sheeve that needs to be cleaned/replaced
3. Spend hours removing the adhesive from all of the parts, including around the holes in the deck and the threads of the bolts (razor blade, awl, small screwdriver, green Scotchbrite pad, acetone)
4. Reassemble using a block of wood to seat the washers removed in Step 2 (in my case I replaced the aluminum sheeves for the Main Halyard and Main Sheet)
5. Clean all parts and the deck one more time with acetone
6. Apply a thin layer of 3M 4000 UV to each washer (keeps water from entering the deck)
7. Apply a generous amount of 3M 4000 UV to each bolt before inserting into the deck organizer
8. Torque each bolt to the deck (also keeps water from entering the deck)
