Boom two and a half hours later the right ER tank was installed. Of course it is a totally different position from the left or the first set of tanks. No surprise at this point. But after some monkeying I got it installed. Then filled it with fuel. Actually filled both tanks. Turns out they hold 14 gallons and not the 15 gallons as advertised. Again no surprise at this point.
Then it was on to making the fuel cap access doors. This was a much more time consuming that one would think. I thought I’d bang both out today. Nope, one is just about ready for assembly and the second is just a pile of cut out parts. Hopefully tomorrow is the day I can check off the ER tanks.
